In some cases, corrections or adjustments may be possible, depending on the issue and the selected product. Before contacting support, please review whether the issue may have been caused by unsuitable uploaded photos.

AI-generated portraits depend heavily on the quality of the reference images. If your uploaded photos were blurry, dark, filtered, low-resolution, or too similar to each other, we recommend trying again with better photos first.

You should contact support if the generated portraits are completely unlike you, clearly incorrect, or if there was a technical issue with your order.

To request help, email support@portrivo.com and include your order number, the email address used during checkout, and a clear explanation of what is wrong. If possible, include screenshots or specify which image you are referring to.
