We’re sorry to hear that your generated portraits did not meet your expectations. AI-generated portraits depend strongly on the quality of the photos uploaded before generation.
In most cases, poor results happen because the AI did not receive enough clear and varied reference photos. If the original photos are blurry, dark, heavily edited, low-resolution, taken from the same angle, or do not clearly show the face, the final portraits may also look less accurate or less realistic.
Please try generating again with better starting images first. Upload clear photos where your face is visible, well-lit, and not covered by sunglasses, hair, hands, strong filters, or heavy shadows.
We recommend using a mix of photos from different angles, outfits, expressions, lighting conditions, and backgrounds. Avoid group photos or images where other people appear prominently.
If the results are completely unlike you, clearly incorrect, or if you did not receive your generated portraits at all, contact our support team at support@portrivo.com. Please include your order number, email address, and a short explanation of the issue.
