If you have a problem with your order, please first check whether the issue is related to photo upload, payment confirmation, email delivery, or the generated results.

Common order issues may include missing confirmation emails, upload problems, delayed delivery, incorrect product selection, or not receiving the final gallery.

If the issue is related to poor portrait quality, please review your uploaded photos first. In many cases, unsatisfactory results happen because the original photos were blurry, dark, filtered, low-quality, or not varied enough.

If there is a clear order issue, please contact support@portrivo.com and include your order number, the email address used during checkout, and a short explanation of the problem. Screenshots are helpful if available.
