If you are having trouble uploading your photos, please first check that your images are in a supported format, such as JPG or PNG, and that the file size is not too large.
Use a stable internet connection and try uploading your photos again. If the upload does not work, try refreshing the page, using another browser, clearing your browser cache, or switching from mobile to desktop.
Make sure the photos you upload are clear, recent, and suitable for AI generation. Avoid blurry, dark, heavily filtered, low-resolution, or group photos.
If the issue continues, contact support@portrivo.com and include your order number, the email address used during checkout, and a screenshot of the upload problem if possible.
