Please contact Portrivo support only if there is a clear issue with your order or generated results. In most cases, unsatisfactory AI portraits are caused by low-quality or unsuitable uploaded photos, so we recommend trying again first with clearer and more varied images.

You should contact support if your generated portraits are completely unlike you, if the results appear clearly incorrect, if your order failed, or if you did not receive your final gallery.

You can also contact support if you have a technical issue with uploading photos, accessing your order, or receiving your files.

When contacting support, please email support@portrivo.com and include your order number, the email address used during checkout, and a short description of the problem. Screenshots are helpful if available.
